You agree that when using our website you are complying with all local laws. All relevant taxes must be paid in full accordance with the law. You agree that Alch cannot be held response for any damage or loss.

Processing Payments

Alch uses various payment processors. Depending on their authentication system status, we might experience delays in delivering your order. In the event that the payment does not clear to us immediately, we will wait until the payment is cleared. We must have this policy in place to avoid delivering orders which get declined by the payment processor being used.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund if an order has not been completed. Due to the nature of the service, we will offer a refund for any quest that has not been completed. If you would like a refund, this would have to be indicated through our live chat service in order to notify us immediately.

Buying on Behalf of Someone Else

Buying on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances may the user information paying not match the individual who places and/or collects the order. If a purchase is made on behalf of another user the payment will be canceled if it has not been completed. If it has already been completed, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible. Any fees associated with the refund would not be covered by Alch.

Order Delivery

Under no circumstances will we ask you for your order back after it has been delivered.

Pursuing Fraud

When a chargeback is initiated after an order is delivered, we will use all information related to the purchase to dispute the matter.

Preventing Fraud

Alch uses various procedures and data points to verify information about you in order to protect Alch from fraud. We may require you to provide or verify addition information during the ordering process. We may also give you a cooldown period in which you will not be able to make any new purchases. When transacting with us, you are not allowed to use any services that hide your identity. This includes but is not limited to the following services: VPNs, proxies and private or shared servers.

Transaction Limits

The use of all Alch Services is subject to a limit on the volume you may transact in a given period. Your transaction limit may vary depending on your payment method, verification steps you have completed and other factors. We reserve the right to change your transaction limits at any time for any reason. We will tell you your initial limit for a given payment method during or after the verification process. This limit will depend on a multitude of factors. You can ask about your limit per payment method before transacting with us. A live chat agent will be able to tell you what your limit is.


For certain payment methods we might require additional verification information. This information will be used solely to prevent fraud. The information that we can request can vary case by case. We reserve the right to prevent you from placing any new orders or fulfilling any already made orders if you are unable to provide us with the information that we ask for. You agree to provide us with the information we request for the purpose of identity verification and permit us to keep a record of such information. The information we might request may include but is not limited to the following:

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • A video or photo of your passport or id card
  • A video or photo of you holding your passport or id card
In providing us with the information listed above or any other information that we may require, you confirm that the information is accurate and correct at time of submission.

Storing Identification

We believe in making responsible decisions with our clients person information. We automatically encrypt your verification video and add a watermark to it before storing it securely.

Denial of Service

We reserve the right to deny service to any user at any point throughout a transaction. If anything is owed to the user, they will be refunded. Any harassment of staff may result in a temporary or permanent ban from using live chat and all services.

Information Sharing

Any information communicated through live chat, email, or any other online or offline communication channel with Alch. is considered to be non-proprietary unless a prior agreement has been made.

Order Details

You are responsible for providing the correct payment information. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

G2A Pay

When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the ""G2A Pay services provider"") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A.COM is becoming Merchant of Record over your purchase. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements which can be found under the link and are not subject to the Terms on this website.

In order to proceed the payment transaction, you temporary entrusts the G2A.COM with subject of the transaction, and G2A.COM takes responsibility for the product and for the transaction processing. With respect to customers making purchases through G2A Pay services provider checkout, (i) the Privacy Policy of G2A Pay services provider shall apply to all payments and should be reviewed before making any purchase, and (ii) the G2A Pay services provider Refund Policy shall apply to all payments unless notice is expressly provided by the relevant supplier to buyers in advance. In addition the purchase of certain products may also require shoppers to agree to one or more End-User License Agreements (or ""EULAs"") that may include additional terms set by the product supplier rather than by Us or G2A Pay services provider. You will be bound by any EULA that you agree to.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
